Ball Valves
Ball valves are well-suited for a wide range of fluids, including water, oil, gas, and chemicals. Ball valves get their name from the ball-shaped disc that controls fluid flow through the valve. When the ball is in line with the flow of fluid, the valve is open; when it is rotated perpendicular to the flow, the valve is closed. Ball valves are simple to operate and maintain and can be used for both on/off control and regulating flow. Because of their versatility and durability, ball valves are essential in many industries.
