The DeZURIK KGC-BD Bi-Directional Resilient Seated Knife Gate Valve features a unique, patented perimeter seat design that provides bubble-tight shutoff in either direction, even on dead end service. The perimeter seat prevents buckling or dislodgement during operation, and gives the valve outstanding installed performance.
The valve is designed for isolation and on/off applications in the paper, chemical, mining, power and wastewater industries. It is designed to handle clean, dirty, viscous and corrosive liquids, sludge and fibrous slurries.
